Assurance University Seminar Developed to Improve Business Leaders' Understanding of Financial Situations

SCHAUMBURG, IL (April 7, 2010) - Assurance Agency, based in Schaumburg, IL, has produced an educational seminar titled “Securing Capital through Mergers and Acquisitions”. The seminar will be held on April 29, 2010 from 8.30 - 11.30 a.m. at Assurance’s headquarters and is designed for business leaders of companies, regardless of size.

This seminar will give business leaders the opportunity to learn key considerations related to selling, securing capital or acquiring a new business and how to work with lenders.
