Assurance Offers "Cost Containment Strategies for Employee Benefits" through Educational Seminars

SCHAUMBURG , IL (February 29, 2008) – Assurance Agency, headquartered in Schaumburg , IL , recently introduced its newest educational seminar series entitled “Cost Containment Strategies for Employee Benefits”. This seminar will be held three times this year on March 11 in Rosemont , IL , April 16 in Naperville , IL and July 15 in Palatine , IL . The 3 hour seminar is approved for educational credits towards the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), Illinois CPA and American Staffing Association.

The seminar will focus on a combination of strategic planning and thoughtful employee communication practices that will improve the performance of a company's employee benefits. It also covers the changing healthcare landscape and ways to maximize clinical wellness programs through education, among other cost containment strategies.

Speakers for the event include industry experts such as Damon Young from Humana, who will spend time discussing how employers can think differently about healthcare to get the most out of their plan.
