We are real movers and shakers here at Assurance, and everyday brings something new. Throughout the year we celebrate our achievements, mix with our business partners, host wellness programs and just plain party for no reason. Here, every season brings something new.
Employees meet in our Penthouse lounge to celebrate client retention and new business wins. Names are then picked at random from a hat to roll dice for cash prizes in honor of these new and retained accounts. At Assurance, everyone plays an important "roll" in our success, so everyone is rewarded for his or her efforts.
On a yearly basis, employees are encouraged to take part in some healthy competition. Each employee is given a pedometer to track his or her miles walked. Whether they rack up the miles from parking as far away as possible, taking the stairs or even mopping their floors at home, we know our employees are up to the challenge.
Fall is back to school time for kids, college students and even Assurance employees. Each employee who passes a continuing education class or earns a designation gets a balloon. If you walk through our office, you'll regularly see balloons floating in the shape of butterflies, dolphins and smiley faces.
We host a semi-annual event that our employees don't want to miss. Rewarding those who best exemplify the spirit, dedication and passion for excellence that Assurance embodies, we ask employees to spin a Wheel-of-Fortune sized wheel full of fun and unique prizes worth up to $400.
