  • Account Executive - Property & Casualty (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Account Executive is a thought leader in the industry and client niches he or she serves, and understands the overall business risks, financial implications, and employee health issues important to clients.  He or she directly quarterbacks the service execution for clients within his or her own discipline.  Working with a team of support and service personnel, the Account Executive builds a client base by adding new clients, new lines of coverage, and retaining and growing current clients.  An effective negotiator, presenter, motivator, and relationship builder, the Account Executive leverages Assurance’s sales methodologies, tools and resources, service platform, and best practices to successfully manage a growing client base.

  • Account Manager - Property & Casualty (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    Account Managers at Assurance ensure each project and client service deliverable is executed flawlessly. He or she has the knowledge, drive, and ability to manage a book of business and consult with our clients to effectively manage their risk. Account Managers are integral in our client retention by working with the service team to execute our client service platform created for each insured and build effective working relationships with clients and prospects. Account Managers have an understanding of the marketplace and take initiative to keep on top of the ever-changing world of insurance. Account Managers mentor their service team and establish strong effective working relationships within the company. They share market knowledge at team meetings, identify business process improvements to help create efficiencies, and enthusiastically engage in our culture. Account Managers may work within any one of our industry specific teams including construction, manufacturing, staffing, and healthcare, among others.

  • Account Manager Supervisor - Property & Casualty (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    Supervisors provide additional support and structure to carry out a team's vision by working closely with the manager or director to execute delivery of service and meet goals. The Supervisor has a primary role that is the same or closely related to the individual or group of team members he or she manages. The Supervisor role allows for a reduced number of direct reports for managers throughout the company, fostering a more personal and collaborative experience for our employee.

  • Claims Advocate (Schaumburg, IL)

    The Claims Advocate assists property and casualty clients navigate the insurance claims process, with a particular focus on bringing claims to a resolution while protecting the client’s best interest. He or she provides exceptional client service by educating clients on best practices in advanced claim management on a consistent basis. The Claims Advocate also serves as an internal resource for other service team members on complex claims and coverage situations. This role creates value by minimizing the risk and maximizing the health for clients.

  • Claims Coordinator (Schaumburg, IL)

    The Claims Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Claims team as by assisting with the coordination of communication between clients, service staff and insurance carriers. He or she rapidly responds to questions asked by clients and internal teams, advising clients on reporting techniques and procedures, and managing claims through conclusion. Additionally, the Claims Coordinator supports the team’s Claims Advocates with claim status updates and reviews.

    The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the oil that makes our exceptional client service machine run smoothly.  He or she performs transactions and tasks essential to managing efficient insurance, benefit, and/or risk management programs.  The CSR executes policy and plan changes, provides evidence of insurance, and helps create proposals that exhibit complex programs in more easily understood and comparative formats for our clients.  He or she assists in keeping our client information up to date in our agency management system, facilitating a collaborative service experience and empowering our client portal.  The CSR works closely with the full account servicing team to answer questions, access and deploy resources, place coverage, and negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

  • Insurance Support Coordinator

    The Insurance Support Coordinator (ISC) is the entry point of our agency, providing centralized administrative and reception support to the company.  Through a rigorous professional development experience, the ISC learns the concepts of insurance, how to work in an office environment and handle various projects that ease the work burden for other employees.  He or she serves as the director of first impressions to our clients, prospects, potential new hires, carriers and other business partners by managing the reception desks at respective office locations.  As such, the ISC ensures professional, helpful, friendly and courteous interactions, whether on phone or face to face.

  • IT Service Desk Specialist Part-Time (Chicago)

    The IT Service Desk Specialist provides front line technical support to all employee users. He or she is a personable team player who takes requests via the online ticketing system, employees calling in, or questions emailed to the team. The IT Service Desk Specialist is able to provide exceptional desk side customer service and deliver accurate resolutions in a timely manner. This role adds value to the organization by resolving technological obstacles that allow employees to minimize risk and maximize health.

    The Senior Recruiter is tasked with ensuring the flawless execution of the company’s talent acquisition processes including recruiting, networking and talent assessment. He or she strategies and coordinates the hiring and staffing activity of employees while adhering to the company’s internal best hiring practices. The Senior Recruiter will develop and maintain close coaching relationships with hiring managers and empower them to follow company guidelines and standards for interviewing and screening applicants.

    The Risk Transfer Advocate is a client focused champion of risk management who uses his or her wealth of knowledge to promote and improve our clients’ risk transfer practices. He or she works diligently to obtain, analyze, and monitor certificates of insurance while achieving a desirable compliance rate for our clients. The Risk Transfer Advocate needs to be a self-starting, task oriented and a driven person. He or she directly works towards achieving the company’s vision of Minimizing Risk Maximizing Health, by reducing insurance liability for our clients from the third parties they are doing business with.

  • Risk Transfer Coordinator (Schaumburg, IL)

    The Risk Transfer Coordinator acts as the administrative backbone of the Risk Transfer team and ensures client’s third parties certificates of insurance are entered into the system.  He or she spends a majority of the time entering data from inbound certificates and making updates to maintain existing data.  The Risk Transfer Coordinator is a self-starting, task oriented and a driven person.
