	Voted a Top Overall Brokerage Assurance earned Business Insurance magazine’s “Readers Choice Silver Circle Award”, which recognizes its readers’ picks for the best overall commercial insurance industry companies. We were the only IL brokerage to win in our category.
	Employee Engagement Leads to Success Assurance was named to Business Insurance's “Best Places to Work in Insurance” list for the second year in a row. The official ranking of winners will be released on October 4, 2010.
	Recognized for our Marketplace Ethics Assurance received the "Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics" from the Better Business Bureau. This award spotlights companies that exemplify ethical business practices. The 2009 competition had more than 1,800 entries, with only 5 category winners and 3 honorable mentions.
	Crain's Calls Assurance the Place to Be Assurance was named by Crain’s Chicago Business as one of the top 10 “Best Places to Work” in Chicago. This year we ranked number 3 on the list which included companies such as Microsoft and Deloitte, LLP. More than 250 companies were evaluated for this honor.
	We're the Best and Brightest Assurance was named a “101 Best and Brightest Company to Work For” by the National Association for Business Resources as well as an "Elite Award" winner for excellence in employee engagement and commitment. The annual competition honors companies that recognize employees as their greatest asset.
	Even More "Best Places" Recognition We're proud to be recognized as a “Best Place to Work in Illinois” by The Business Ledger. The 2010 “Best Places to Work in Illinois” list was made up of 20 small/medium-sized companies and 10 large-sized companies. Assurance came in at number 1 in our category.

	Racing to the Top of the Charts Assurance was ranked as the 58th “Largest Broker of U.S. Business” by Business Insurance magazine. In the past three years we’ve jumped up 24 spots in the ranking driven exclusively by organic growth. Over the past 10 years, our company’s organic average growth rate has been 17% per year.
