    The Account Executive is a thought leader in the industry and client niches he or she serves, and understands the overall business risks, financial implications, and employee health issues important to clients.  He or she directly quarterbacks the service execution for clients within his or her own discipline.  Working with a team of support and service personnel, the Account Executive builds a client base by adding new clients, new lines of coverage, and retaining and growing current clients.  An effective negotiator, presenter, motivator, and relationship builder, the Account Executive leverages Assurance’s sales methodologies, tools and resources, service platform, and best practices to successfully manage a growing client base.

He or she engages the full service team and resources as appropriate to create measurable value and efficiencies in our clients’ businesses. The Account Manager also has an understanding of the marketplace and industry, and uses that expertise in placing coverage and negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of clients. Managing the proposal and renewal processes, the Account Manager supports clients in reviewing coverage and program options and understanding associated details. The Account Manager oversees the accuracy of client information in our agency management system, facilitating a collaborative service experience and empowering our client portal.

  • Construction Safety Advocate (Chicago, Schaumburg, IL)

    The Safety Advocate applies his or her risk management expertise to promote and improve Assurance clients’ safety culture through on-site safety inspections, written safety programs and safety training presentations. The Safety Advocate works directly with clients to assess and mitigate their safety risks and exposure through preventive, pro-active policies and procedures.

  • Instructional Designer (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Instructional Designer is a creative thinker that solves business problems using a broad range of learning & development tools and methods that prepare our staff to minimize risk and maximize health for our clients. This is accomplished by leveraging the Instructional Design Process to develop internal learning solutions that are rooted in Assurance’s best practices and by utilizing industry expertise and contacts to acquire, implement and manage a portfolio of high-quality, repeatable and sustainable learning solutions developed outside of Assurance that are fully aligned with the needs of our business. The Instructional Designer creates advisory tools and processes that allow managers and staff to select appropriate learning solutions that meet their individual learning needs and serves as an advisor throughout the selection process.  The Instructional Designer will incorporate consistent evaluation methods that gather learner feedback and measure the effectiveness of learning and development deliverables.

  • Insurance Support Coordinator (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Insurance Support Coordinator (ISC) is the entry point of our agency, providing centralized administrative and reception support to the company.  Through a rigorous professional development experience, the ISC learns the concepts of insurance, how to work in an office environment and handle various projects that ease the work burden for other employees.  He or she serves as the director of first impressions to our clients, prospects, potential new hires, carriers and other business partners by managing the reception desks at respective office locations.  As such, the ISC ensures professional, helpful, friendly and courteous interactions, whether on phone or face to face.

  • IT Service Desk Specialist (Chicago, IL)

    The IT Service Desk Specialist provides the front line technical support to all employee users. He or she is a personable team player who takes requests via the online ticketing system, employees calling in, or questions emailed to the team. The IT Service Desk Specialist is able to provide exceptional desk side customer service and deliver accurate resolutions in a timely manner. This role adds value to the organization by resolving technological obstacles that allow employees to minimize risk and maximize health.

  • Office and Facilities Coordinator (Chicago, IL)

    The Office and Facilities Coordinator supports the Office and Facilities Supervisor in all things office and mailroom related. He or she manages the ordering and stocking of office, conference room and mailroom supplies to ensure each team has the resources available to perform its job seamlessly.  The Office and Facilities Coordinator acts as the brand ambassador ensuring that all office and meeting spaces promote our culture and are equipped with appropriate resources to allow our people to deliver results.  He or she adeptly manages time, prioritizes work and develops a strong working relationship with employees, vendors and other key contacts.

The Senior Account Manager also has a thorough understanding of the marketplace and industry, and uses that expertise in placing coverage and negotiating terms in reviewing coverage and program options and understanding associated details. He or she defines the success of this role as the smooth facilitation of a collaborative service experience.

  • Staff Accountant (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Staff Accountant is an action oriented numbers aficionado who ensures the accounts payable and receivable functions are completed in a smooth and timely fashion. He or she provides consistent, excellent client service in all interactions with employees, clients and insurance carriers in working through any billing discrepancies. Additionally, the Staff Accountant will assist the Accounting team and others involved in the implementation of new accounting procedures and processes. By following appropriate accounting practices and standards, the Staff Accountant plays a large role in minimizing financial risks to the organization, which ultimately leads to maximizing the health of the overall company.
