    The Account Executive is a thought leader in the industry and client niches he or she serves, and understands the overall business risks, financial implications, and employee health issues important to clients.  He or she directly quarterbacks the service execution for clients within his or her own discipline.  Working with a team of support and service personnel, the Account Executive builds a client base by adding new clients, new lines of coverage, and retaining and growing current clients.  An effective negotiator, presenter, motivator, and relationship builder, the Account Executive leverages Assurance’s sales methodologies, tools and resources, service platform, and best practices to successfully manage a growing client base.

  • Account Executive, Select (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Account Executive, Select (AE) has a thorough understanding of the industry and client niches he or she serves, including the overall business risks, financial implications and employee health issues important to clients.  He or she sources and drives new client opportunities in defined market segment (based on client size), oversees the general service execution for all their clients and directly quarterbacks service strategies for larger clients in segment.  Working with a team of support and service personnel, the AE builds a client base by adding new clients, new lines of coverage, and retaining and growing current clients.  An effective negotiator and relationship builder, the AE leverages Assurance’s sales methodologies, tools and resources, service platform, and best practices to successfully manage a growing client base.

  • Account Manager - Employee Benefits (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Account Manager is at the center of ensuring the successful delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Working with the Producer and/or Account Executive, he or she plans, executes, and tracks a customized service plan for each client. The Account Manager builds effective, personalized working relationships with clients and prospective clients, learning their risk and insurance program needs. He or she engages the full service team and resources as appropriate to create measurable value and efficiencies in our clients’ businesses. The Account Manager also has an understanding of the marketplace and industry, and uses that expertise in placing coverage and negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of clients. Managing the proposal and renewal processes, the Account Manager supports clients in reviewing coverage and program options and understanding associated details. The Account Manager oversees the accuracy of client information in our agency management system, facilitating a collaborative service experience and empowering our client portal.

    The Claims Advocate assists property and casualty clients navigate the insurance claims process, with a particular focus on bringing claims to a resolution while protecting the client’s best interest. He or she provides exceptional client service by educating clients on best practices in advanced claim management on a consistent basis. The Claims Advocate also serves as an internal resource for other service team members on complex claims and coverage situations. This role creates value by minimizing the risk and maximizing the health for clients.

  • Client Service Representative - Employee Benefits (Schaumburg, IL)

    The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the oil that makes our exceptional client service machine run smoothly.  He or she performs transactions and tasks essential to managing efficient insurance, benefit, and/or risk management programs.  The CSR executes policy and plan changes, provides evidence of insurance, and helps create proposals that exhibit complex programs in more easily understood and comparative formats for our clients.  He or she assists in keeping our client information up to date in our agency management system, facilitating a collaborative service experience and empowering our client portal.  The CSR works closely with the full account servicing team to answer questions, access and deploy resources, place coverage, and negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

  • Construction Safety Advocate (Chicago, Schaumburg, IL)

    The Safety Advocate applies his or her risk management expertise to promote and improve Assurance clients’ safety culture through on-site safety inspections, written safety programs and safety training presentations. The Safety Advocate works directly with clients to assess and mitigate their safety risks and exposure through preventive, pro-active policies and procedures.

  • Insurance Support Coordinator (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Insurance Support Coordinator (ISC) is the entry point of our agency, providing centralized administrative and reception support to the company.  Through a rigorous professional development experience, the ISC learns the concepts of insurance, how to work in an office environment and handle various projects that ease the work burden for other employees.  He or she serves as the director of first impressions to our clients, prospects, potential new hires, carriers and other business partners by managing the reception desks at respective office locations.  As such, the ISC ensures professional, helpful, friendly and courteous interactions, whether on phone or face to face.

  • IT Service Desk Specialist (Schaumburg, IL)

    The IT Service Desk Specialist provides the front line technical support to all employee users. He or she is a personable team player who takes requests via the online ticketing system, employees calling in, or questions emailed to the team. The IT Service Desk Specialist is able to provide exceptional desk side customer service and deliver accurate resolutions in a timely manner. This role adds value to the organization by resolving technological obstacles that allow employees to minimize risk and maximize health.

  • Office and Facilities Coordinator (Chicago, IL)

    The Office and Facilities Coordinator supports the Office and Facilities Supervisor in all things office and mailroom related. He or she manages the ordering and stocking of office, conference room and mailroom supplies to ensure each team has the resources available to perform its job seamlessly.  The Office and Facilities Coordinator acts as the brand ambassador ensuring that all office and meeting spaces promote our culture and are equipped with appropriate resources to allow our people to deliver results.  He or she adeptly manages time, prioritizes work and develops a strong working relationship with employees, vendors and other key contacts.

  • Senior Financial Analyst/Underwriter - Employee Benefits (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Senior Financial Analyst/Underwriter ensures the execution of analytics service plan standards and measure the impact of our efforts on increased client retention. He or she reviews detailed information, analyzes data in terms of specific business goals and displays findings in simple, meaningful and actionable formats consistent with our brand. The Senior Financial Analyst/Underwriter creates and refines analytical tools that benefit clients, implements corresponding processes and deliverables, and takes ownership for the accurate and timely production of team reports. He or she will analyze health benefit plan characteristics and assess risks as to frequency and potential severity of losses of clients.

  • Senior Marketing Technology Analyst (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Senior Marketing Technology Analyst’s role supports and ensures proficiency of all marketing technology platforms.  This includes the managing of contacts via data management, quality, analysis, segmentation and acquisition throughout the prospect lifecycle from lead generation and ongoing lead nurturing.  The role works directly with other members of the marketing team to strategize and implement marketing campaigns across a variety of digital mediums in effort to nurture and develop engaged leads in targeted audience segments.
