The Office and Facilities Coordinator supports the Office and Facilities Supervisor in all things office and mailroom related. He or she manages the ordering and stocking of office, conference room and mailroom supplies to ensure each team has the resources available to perform its job seamlessly.  The Office and Facilities Coordinator acts as the brand ambassador ensuring that all office and meeting spaces promote our culture and are equipped with appropriate resources to allow our people to deliver results.  He or she adeptly manages time, prioritizes work and develops a strong working relationship with employees, vendors and other key contacts.
