Heidi’s focus will be on providing employee benefit solutions to the senior living, not for profit and technology industries, as well as government contractors.
In her new role, Heidi will help clients implement comprehensive and sustainable benefit programs that attract and retain the talent needed to build and grow a successful business. This includes specific strategies to increase productivity and financial wellness, while helping clients remain compliant with government regulations.

Heidi graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College earning Magna Cum Laude. She currently holds her Life and Health insurance license in Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia. Heidi is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Prince William County Chamber of Commerce.
