Schaumburg, Ill. (April 27, 2018) – Assurance, a Top 50 U.S. insurance brokerage, is pleased to announce the hiring of Megan Carroll, a Vice President for Assurance Financial Services, Ltd. (AFS), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Assurance.

AFS is a corporate retirement plan advisory team. They work with employers to monitor investments offered in retirement plans, while also extending themselves as a resource to employees. 

Utilizing 13 years of industry experience, Megan will help retirement plan sponsors navigate the complex challenges inherent to their fiduciary responsibilities. She brings a well-rounded understanding of plan design and customer-centric perspective that places clients’ needs first. Megan, along with a dedicated support team, will provide plan fee and design benchmarking, investment guidance, compliance support, education strategies and overall plan sponsor best practices.

Megan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Miami University. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses and was recognized as one of the “Top Women Advisors of 2015” by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).

Megan will work out of Assurance’s Schaumburg headquarters.
