Fortune and Great Place to Work® analyzed anonymous survey feedback from 126,901 respondents representing over 189,000 employees working in small-and-medium-sized businesses in the United States. For the 10th consecutive year, employees ranked Assurance based on their daily experiences, company values, senior leadership effectiveness, and overall company innovation.
Ninety-eight percent of Assurance clients would rate their service provided as “excellent.” Ninety-eight percent of Assurance employees stated that they feel welcomed from the beginning and value the benefits offered year-round. Ensuring the survey reflects all employees, Great Place to Work® requires the Trust Index® survey results to be accurate to a 95% confidence level. Eighty-five percent of the evaluation is based on employee responses and experiences of trust and the ability to reach their full human potential, no matter who they are or what they do at their company.
