Schaumburg, Ill. (September 19, 2019) – Assurance, the 35th largest insurance brokerage in the U.S., received Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® Elite Award for the 11th consecutive year and the Iconic Award by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). Most notably, companies that were selected for the Iconic Award have received one of the competitive Elite Awards for at least five consecutive years. Assurance team members accepted the Elite Award for Community Initiatives and the Iconic Award on September 16 and 17 at the 2019 Best and Brightest Award Gala in Chicago.
With over 20 years of experience conducting The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® competition, the NABR identifies and honors a limited number of organizations that display competitive compensation and benefits, work-life balance, diversity, employee enrichment, community initiatives, shared vision, communication, as well as other key factors.
“Now with the war on talent hitting the doorsteps of the Best and Brightest, this achievement means even more than a year ago. As we continue to raise the bar, these companies rise to the challenge through their cultural innovation by maximizing their workforce potential,” said Jennifer Kluge, president and CEO, Best and Brightest Programs.
