    The Client Service Representative - Alternative Risk (CSR) is the oil that makes our exceptional client service machine run smoothly.  He or she performs transactions and tasks essential to managing efficient insurance, benefit, and/or risk management programs.  The CSR executes policy and plan changes, provides evidence of insurance and helps create proposals that exhibit complex programs in more easily understood and comparative formats for our clients.  He or she assists in keeping our client information up to date in our agency management system, facilitating a collaborative service experience and empowering our client portal.  The CSR works closely with the full account servicing team to answer questions, access and deploy resources, place coverage, and negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

  • Executive Risk Coordinator (Schaumburg, IL)

    The Executive Risk Coordinator supports the Executive Risk Team by providing support to production teams in the placement of Executive Risk coverages for our clients and prospects. He or she supports the Executive Risk Specialist and the SVP, Executive Risk ensuring the execution of the service platform.   The Executive Risk Coordinator builds effective, personalized working relationships with production teams and carrier partners by following our 11 best and brightest characteristics.  He or she works closely with the Executive Risk team to answer questions and access and deploy resources.  The Executive Risk Coordinator displays initiative by proactively building knowledge in the Executive Liability marketplace, coverage forms, and the various industries we serve.

    The Assurance Insurance Intern plays a critical support role with executing our service platform.  He or she develops the knowledge and skills needed to deliver strong customer service by gaining hands-on experience and providing front line assistance to members of an Assurance team.  Under supervision of a manager and/or mentor, interns are given the training and guidance needed to successfully complete the program.  The program is designed to strengthen technical, professional, and interpersonal skills necessary for both career advancement and professional development.

  • Account Executive, Select - Property & Casualty (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Account Executive, Select (AE) has a thorough understanding of the industry and client niches he or she serves, including the overall business risks, financial implications, and employee health issues important to clients.  He or she sources and drives new client opportunities in defined market segment (based on client size), oversees the general service execution for all of their clients and directly quarterbacks service strategies for larger clients in segment.  Working with a team of support and service personnel, the AE builds a client base by adding new clients, new lines of coverage, and retaining and growing current clients.  An effective negotiator and relationship builder, the AE leverages Assurance’s sales methodologies, tools and resources, service platform, and best practices to successfully manage a growing client base.

    Account Managers at Assurance ensure each project and client service deliverable is executed flawlessly. He or she has the knowledge, drive and ability to manage a book of business and consult with our clients to effectively manage their risk. The Safety Advocate works directly with clients to assess and mitigate their safety risks and exposure through preventive, pro-active policies and procedures.

    The Insurance Support Coordinator (ISC) is the entry point of our agency, providing centralized administrative and reception support to the company.  Through a rigorous professional development experience, the ISC learns the concepts of insurance, how to work in an office environment and handle various projects that ease the work burden for other employees.  He or she serves as the director of first impressions to our clients, prospects, potential new hires, carriers and other business partners by managing the reception desks at respective office locations.  As such, the ISC ensures professional, helpful, friendly and courteous interactions, whether on phone or face to face.
