    The Assurance Insurance Intern plays a critical support role with executing our service platform.  He or she develops the knowledge and skills needed to deliver strong customer service by gaining hands-on experience and providing front line assistance to members of an Assurance team.  Under supervision of a manager and/or mentor, interns are given the training and guidance needed to successfully complete the program.  The program is designed to strengthen technical, professional, and interpersonal skills necessary for both career advancement and professional development.

  • Claims Advocate - Employee Benefits (Schaumburg, IL)

    The Claims Advocate assists our employee benefits clients navigate the insurance claims process, with focusing on bringing claims to a resolution while protecting the client’s best interest. The Claims Advocate also serves as an internal resource for other service team members on complex claims and coverage situations. This role creates value by minimizing the risk for clients and reducing the cost of claims.

  • Client Service Representative - Property & Casualty (Schaumburg, IL)

    The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the oil that makes our exceptional client service machine run smoothly.  He or she performs transactions and tasks essential to managing efficient insurance, benefit, and/or risk management programs.  The CSR executes policy and plan changes, provides evidence of insurance, and helps create proposals that exhibit complex programs in more easily understood and comparative formats for our clients.  He or she assists in keeping our client information up to date in our agency management system, facilitating a collaborative service experience and empowering our client portal.  The CSR works closely with the full account servicing team to answer questions, access and deploy resources, place coverage, and negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

  • Marketing Internship Program

    The Marketing Intern will have hands-on involvement in all aspects of the Assurance marketing and communications department. The role will service our team in the execution of those responsibilities which further our departmental mission and objectives.

    As part of the marketing team, this person interfaces with many different groups within the company to ensure brand and data integrity, message consistency and communication efficiency.

  • Marketing Communications Specialist (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Marketing Communications Specialist role supports our corporate marketing efforts as well as specific production teams in their multi-faceted efforts to nurture and develop engaged leads in targeted industry segments. He or she works directly with other members of the marketing and communications team to ensure all projects adhere to departmental standards and support brand integrity, message consistency and communication efficiency.

  • Healthcare Safety Advocate (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Healthcare Safety Advocate applies his or her risk management expertise to promote and improve clients’ safety culture through on-site safety inspections, written healthcare safety programs and healthcare safety training presentations. He or she works directly with clients to assess and mitigate their safety risks and exposure through preventive, pro-active policies and procedures.  The Healthcare Safety Advocate focuses on both workers’ compensation and professional liability.

  • Account Manager - Employee Benefits (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Account Manager is at the center of ensuring the successful delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Working with the Producer and/or Account Executive, he or she plans, executes, and tracks a customized service plan for each client. The Account Manager builds effective, personalized working relationships with clients and prospective clients, learning their risk and insurance program needs. He or she engages the full service team and resources as appropriate to create measurable value and efficiencies in our clients’ businesses. The Account Manager also has an understanding of the marketplace and industry, and uses that expertise in placing coverage and negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of clients. Managing the proposal and renewal processes, the Account Manager supports clients in reviewing coverage and program options and understanding associated details.   • Insurance Support Coordinator (Chicago/Schaumburg, IL)

    The Insurance Support Coordinator (ISC) is the entry point of our agency, providing centralized administrative and reception support to the company.  Through a rigorous professional development experience, the ISC learns the concepts of insurance, how to work in an office environment and handle various projects that ease the work burden for other employees.  He or she serves as the director of first impressions to our clients, prospects, potential new hires, carriers and other business partners by managing the reception desks at respective office locations.  As such, the ISC ensures professional, helpful, friendly and courteous interactions, whether on phone or face to face.
